Closed Rhinoplasty
Patient has a natural result and none of her family noticed at first that she had had nose surgery. The nose is blended with the face so well as to make the nose a silent feature. The patient was very happy with the slight slope that she requested in our precise pre operative planning. The bump and width of the bridge needed reduction in this patient with medium thin skin. Bump on the nose was significant but patient wanted a very natural result. We assured her that there would be no “tell-tale” signs of rhinoplasty. The bump was artistically sculptured.
