Three months on from her Rhinoplasty with Mr Uppal, Megan reflected on the experience and how happy she is with her nose following the procedure.
She stated, “I am delighted with the results I received from Mr Uppal. He made sure I understood everything before I went into surgery and was available to answer all of my concerns and queries throughout the process. I had excellent results even from the day of cast removal and had smooth healing thereafter. I highly recommend Mr Uppal to anyone wanting a rhinoplasty.”
The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons recently commended Mr Uppal for his work on a patient who underwent a Rhinoplasty procedure.
Speaking via their Instagram page they added: ‘This patient had thick skin and a significant droop of the end of her nose. She underwent Open minimal-access tip Rhinoplasty with push-down technique for the bump. She is delighted with the results and interestingly reported that her hayfever had got better.’
Rajan Uppal will be speaking at FACE (Facial Aesthetic Conference And Exhibition) on Saturday June 18th, contributing to a session on Complications Management that will give valuable insights on how to prevent a complication and how to proceed if it happens in your practice. He will be specifically referencing complications arising from nose fillers.

Dr Uppal was recently interviewed by ITV News for a story about how the regulation of advertising for cosmetic surgery has been limited by law for under 18’s.
Dr Uppal was asked about ‘nose job regret’ for an article in The Sunday Times yesterday. Below is the snippet from the article and if you’re a subscriber you can view the article in full here.
Clinics with good marketing try to get you to book surgery and draw patients in with free consultations. They will not give you an independent and honest assessment of your needs. Their main aim is to get you to pay a deposit for surgery. Deciding to have nose surgery is a big decision and you need a responsible surgeon with integrity such as Mr Uppal who will not put any pressure on you to have surgery unlike those offering ‘free’ consultations.
